The Party Committee Department is a comprehensive functional department of Yantai Port Group, which is in charge of Party Committee propaganda, military equipment, Youth League, public relations of the Party and the people, etc. It also acts as Propaganda Department, Party Institute, Military Department (War Preparedness Office) and Youth League. Its main responsibilities include:

•  propaganda for the Party Committee;

•  Corporation militia and traffic preparedness in war;

•  work related with Youth League and the youth in Yantai Port Group;

•  routine work related with Party members and the masses in Yantai Port Group;

The Party Committee Department consists of General Section and Propaganda Section.
