The Discipline Department is a functional department of Yantai Port Group, which is in charge of Party discipline supervising, administrative supervision and internal auditing monitoring. It also acts as Auditing Department. Its main responsibilities include:

•  construction and supervision of Corporation Party incorruptness;

•  dealing with appeals, exposure and accusations against management personnel of all levels;

•  investigating, handling and taking disciplinary measures against persons violating disciplines;

•  auditing on corporation production, performance and financial statement at regular intervals;

•  auditing on economic responsibilities of persons in charge of subordinate companies of Yantai Port Group and separate item auditing;

•  compiling and reporting of Corporation auditing report.

The Discipline & Auditing Department consists of Administration Office and Auditing Section.
