The Labor Union is a mass organization of Yantai Port Group, which is in charge of safeguarding legal rights and interests for employees. Its main responsibilities include:

•  organizing employee representatives conference and promoting democratic enterprise administration;

•  organizing labor emulation and campaign for rational suggestion;

•  negotiating with enterprise on behalf of employees to safeguard and protect their legal rights and interests;

•  dealing with affairs related to female employees, family planning and retired employees, routine work of Disabled Persons Federation;

•  organizing artistic and sports activities for employees.

The Labor Union consists of General Section, Employee Relationship Section (in charge of Retried Employee Administration Office and Family Planning Office) and Employee Rights & Interests Section.
