The Strategic Planning Department is a functional department of Yantai Port Group, which is in charge of managerial work such as planning and research on mid and long-term development strategy, planning and statistics, business development and investment promotion, structural reform and enterprise management, etc. Its major responsibilities include:

•  research on Corporation developing strategy and plan;

•  development and negotiation of projects invested by Yantai Port Group;

•  annual production plan, fixed assets investment plan and other business plans, comprehensive statistics and economic activities analysis;

•  foreign affairs management and foreign investment promotion;

•  structural reform and enterprise management;

•  Corporation image promotion.

The Strategic Planning Department include Enterprise Reform Section, Planning Section and Business Development Section.
