The Finance Department is a functional department of Yantai Port Group, which is in charge of managerial work consisting of financial management, accounting, capital operation, etc. Its major responsibilities include:

•  financial management and accounting of Yantai Port Group;

•  capital raising and usage for Yantai Port Group;

•  fixing the rates for charges between branch companies of Yantai Port Group;

•  financial management and accounting on projects invested and constructed by Yantai Port Group;

•  routine accounting for Corporation organs and some institutions.

The Finance Department consists of Finance Section, Capital Section and Accounting Section.

The Capital Settlement Center is affiliated to the Finance Department. Its major responsibilities include:

•  bank account management for Yantai Port Group and its subordinate companies;

•  bank settlement for subordinate companies of Yantai Port Group;

•  cash-flow management for Yantai Port Group and its subordinate companies.
