The Human Resources Department is a functional department of Yantai Port Group, which is in charge of managerial work consisting of construction of mid-level management team and top management circle, human resources management, the Party's organizational construction, etc. It also acts as Party Committee Organizing Department. Its major responsibilities include:

•  construction of mid-level management team and top management circle

•  administration of personnel appointed by Yantai Port Group;

•  Party Organizational construction of Yantai Port Group and United Front work;

•  human resources administration and training program for cadres;

•  planning of organizational establishment and positions as well as staffing;

•  examination and approval of outgoing affairs, retired cadre administration;

•  construction of data system of human resources and routine administration.

The Human Resources Department and Party Committee Organizing Department consist of Senior Management Administration Section, Personnel Section, Organization Section and Retired Cadre Section.
