The Labor and Wage Department is a functional department of Yantai Port Group, which is in charge of managerial work concerning labor work, wage, social insurance, etc. Its major responsibilities include:

•  administration of labor and work time systems;

•  wage administration;

•  social insurance administration;

•  employees' professional training and assessment of professional qualification examination;

•  quota system management on loading and discharge work.

The Labor and Wage Department consists of Labor Administration Section, Wage Administration Section and Social Insurance Administration Section.
