　　Being a professional piloting organization subordinated to Yantai Port Group, Yantai Port Piloting Company exercises state sovereignty of piloting and is in charge of piloting work in Yantai Port and its nearby sea area and harbors. And its main business is listed as follows:

•  Compulsory piloting foreign watercrafts, large-scaled and super-large-scaled watercrafts, watercrafts loaded with hazardous cargos , and watercrafts or facilities of special type into and out of the port;

•  Providing piloting technical service to watercrafts into and out of the port upon application;

•  Capable of piloting the super-large-scale watercrafts above 300 meters and super-large-scaled drilling platform into or out of the harbor, terminal and berth with strong technological force and decades of experience in piloting practice

　　There are 12 pilots in Yantai Port Piloting Service Company currently, including 3 senior pilots, 7 first-grade pilots, 1 second-grade pilot and 3 third-grade pilots.
