　　Formerly known as Residence Construction Office of Yantai Port, Yantai Port Property Development Company is an independent subordinate entity fully invested by Yantai Port in 1993 with registered capital of RMB 8 million. With class-3 real estate development qualification and class-3 equipment installation and construction qualification, the company mainly engages in real estates development, installation, construction and sales of construction materials as well. Under the company are 2 holding companies: Yantai Jinhai Installation and Construction Co.,Ltd and Yantai Jinhai Industrial Company.

　　The company has 41 regular staff members on the payroll, 32 of whom have junior college education or above, 3 have received education above master degree. There are 21 employees holding professional titles, 4 of whom have senior professional titles, 14 have medium ones and 3 have primary ones. Among all the employees, 16 have national registered professional qualifications such as supervision engineer, cost engineer, asset evaluator, CPA, attorney and real estate broker.

Since its establishment, Yantai Port Property Development has completed the following major projects:

Yantai Port International Ferry Terminal Station and affiliated service building project with constructed area of 25,000 square meters and investment of RMB 68 million.

Yantai Port Shanliqiao Ro-Ro Project: It is Yantai-dalian node project of Tongsan Expressway which is among the main state highway network which features 2 vertical and 2 horizontal mainstay highways. With investment of RMB 63.21 million, it was built with 2 special vehicle/Ro-Ro berths of 10,000 DWT.

Resettlement and land development of the 3rd Phase Project of Yantai Port: Resettlement of land area of 200,000 square meters, water area of 600,000 square meters, reclaimed land from sea of 460,000 square meters with total investment of 200 million RMB.

Yantai Port Residential District: Total planned construction area is 230,000 square meters. The developed area is 160,000 square meters with investment of RMB 200 million and the sale rate of commercial housing is over 95%.
